Costs of study for EU students

If you have been ordinarily resident in an EEA country (see Visas & guidance section for more information) for the three years prior to your course start date, you can expect to be treated exactly the same way as a UK student.

Funding your studies as an EU student

Unlike the college, who should regard you in exactly the same way as a UK student, all government funding bodies, will make a distinction between EU (or EEA) and UK students.

Language requirements

In most cases it will be a requirement of the course that you are competent in the English language. You may need to provide proof of a suitable qualification or be required to sit a short test before you can be offered a place on your chosen course.

Visas and guidance for EU students

If you are a national of the EEA or Switzerland you will not require a visa if you wish to travel to the UK to study.
