All of the colleges have members of staff available – sometimes called a welfare officer or a student counsellor – who you can talk to confidentially if you require advice or counselling.
Don’t be afraid to seek advice as soon as you need it. Remember, your well-being is extremely important: they are there for you no matter what your problem is.
